Cantieri Estensi NAVETTA Maine 530

• 3. Il Flybridge
• • A true sea terrace: The Maine 53 flybridge is exceptionally spacious for a 16-metre yacht. The forward area of the flybridge features a second helm station (controplancia) with duplicated instrumentation.
• • Dining and relaxation area: It is equipped with a large C-shaped sofa and a transformable table into an additional sunbathing area. To support convivial moments, a wetbar with grill, refrigerator, and sink is present.
• • Aft free area: In the aft section of the flybridge, the standard area is walkable and free from physical furniture, often used for tender storage via a dedicated crane.
• Visual Layout and Hull Characteristics
• • Imposing profile: The high and vertical bow expresses strength and ability to tackle challenging seas, while the tuga, flying bridge, and sides are made of structural sandwich to ensure lightness and stability.
• • Glazed surfaces: The bulwarks and superstructure are distinguished by large geometric mirror-like windows that lighten the aesthetic line and guarantee panoramic visibility from the inside.

• The interiors are designed with the philosophy of a true long-range cruise navette or trawler, focusing on generous volumes, artisanal finishes, and a comfort of a "home at sea" studied for long stays on board.
• Main Deck (Day Area)
• • Panoramic lounge: A spacious and naturally lit environment thanks to the large side windows. It is usually furnished with a large C-shaped leather sofa on the right side, a central dining table, and a bar/TV unit opposite.
• • Versatile galley: Depending on the year and the customisation chosen by the owner, the yacht offers two layout solutions. The galley can be positioned amidships or forward. It is equipped for long navigations with ample worktops (often in Corian), complete appliances and
• • Command station: Located forward of the saloon, it benefits from excellent visibility and includes a side door with direct access to the passageway, a fundamental technical detail that allows the commander to quickly exit outside to facilitate mooring manoeuvres.
• Lower Deck (Night Area)
• All the below-deck areas benefit from generous headroom, almost reaching 2 metres, eliminating any sense of constraint.
• • Owner's cabin (Forward): A real apartment that occupies the forward volumes. It includes a large island double bed, a desk/beauty area, ample wardrobes and a comfortable dedicated walk-in closet.
• • Guest cabins: There are two additional double cabins that receive plenty of light from the hull windows. One is the VIP cabin with a double bed and ample wardrobes, while the second is a guest cabin with single twin beds (2 metres long).
• • Bathrooms: The yacht has two or three large bathrooms, elegantly finished with high-quality materials and equipped with separate shower stalls.
• Crew Area
• • Crew cabin (Aft): Located at the extreme aft with independent access through a watertight door from the swim platform or the cockpit sofa. It is carefully finished and has berths and a private bathroom; depending on the needs, it can be easily used as a fourth guest cabin.
