On the outside, the Unica 42 stands out for its muscular and streamlined profile, typical of large Mediterranean open boats. The deep V hull, designed by the renowned Victory Design studio, is laminated in Kevlar and vinylester composite to ensure navigation and structural robustness features
• Flooring in Eva Foam (Intec): The cockpit and walkable areas are entirely covered in high-resistance synthetic Intec material. It offers exceptional anti-slip grip, does not overheat in the sun and is extremely easy to clean, giving a modern and elegant look to the whole
• Premium Night Lighting: The boat is equipped with a suggestive lighting system designed for evening moorings, which includes underwater spotlights at the stern (perfect for scenic effect in the water) and courtesy LED lights in blue/white along the entire cockpit.
• Central Cockpit Dinette: On the left, a comfortable and spacious U-shaped sofa with a central table is located, served by an external refrigerator for fresh drinks and a marine audio system with dedicated speakers.

Description

PARTICULARLY WELL-MAINTAINED VESSEL, SUBJECT TO NUMEROUS MAINTENANCE, UPDATE AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS CARRIED OUT BETWEEN 2025 AND 2026.

Over the past two years, significant work has been done on both the mechanical part and the on-board systems and equipment.

The motorisation and Volvo Penta feet have been subject to complete overhauls at a Volvo workshop in 2025 and 2026, with related fiscal documentation.

The generator was replaced in September 2026.

Among the most significant interventions, the following are worth mentioning:

• Installation of a hot/cold air conditioning system with 3 outlets (2025)

• Revision/replacement of the 60 l/h Shenker desalinator, carried out under Shenker warranty (2026)

• Installation of a galvanic isolator (2025)

• Replacement of the external refrigerator plate with added ventilation (2026)

• Replacement of the 2 alternators and 4 batteries (2025)

• Replacement of the 2 engine oil sticks (2026)

• Revision of the flap pistons (2025)

• Installation of a new induction cooktop (2026)

• Creation of a new solid wood internal table (2026)

• Modification of the forward WC with fresh water supply (2026)

• Replacement of the sea inlets (2025)

• Installation of external LED lighting with 3000K colour temperature

• Installation of a new Volvo display (2025)

• New complete sunshade with aft canvas (2026)

• Refurbishment of the bow cushion's sprayhood (2025)

The boat is therefore presented with a high level of maintenance and numerous recent updates, which enhance its reliability, comfort and usability.

Description Interior

The interior of the Unica 42 is organised according to a functional layout with two cabins and two bathrooms, offering comfortable and well-distributed spaces for cruising.

The dinette area is characterised by careful finishes and features a new internal table made of solid wood. The kitchen is complete with a recently installed induction hob, refrigerator, microwave and dedicated storage spaces.

The two cabins guarantee good habitability, while the two bathrooms are equipped with electric marine WC and complete facilities. The forward bathroom has been recently modified with fresh water supply.

On board, there is a hot/cold air conditioning system with three outlets, in addition to the TV system. The environments are completed by internal upholstery and solutions designed to make the stay on board comfortable even during multi-day cruises

Description Equipment

Boat particularly complete in terms of equipment and accessories, with numerous updates and maintenance interventions carried out in recent years.

Among the main features, we find a 60 l/h Shenker desalinator, hot water boiler, black water system, electric marine toilets, external refrigerator and complete internal and external upholstery.

The exterior area features a complete canopy with aft cover, cushion cover and console and seat covers. The deck also features teak with re-caulked seams in 2025, excluding the aft area.

For entertainment, there is an external Bose Acoustimass 5 audio system with subwoofer and Fusion RA210 source.

The equipment is completed by a 600 W inverter, a revised 220 V electrical system with replacement of internal and external sockets, external LED lighting, galvanic isolator, new induction cooktop and new external refrigerator plate with supplementary ventilation.

In 2025/2026, several maintenance and upgrade interventions were carried out, including replacement of batteries and alternators, revision of flap pistons, replacement of sea intakes, and a new generator.

Instrumentation Description

The helm station is equipped with Volvo instrumentation dedicated to engine management and control IPS.

On board, there is a GPS system for navigation and a new Volvo display/computer installed in 2025, which allows monitoring of the main engine and transmission parameters.

The equipment also includes the relevant covers for console and seat, useful for preserving the instrumentation during periods of non-use.

The motorisation is entrusted to a pair of Volvo Penta IPS500, 370 HP, with approximately 1,270 hours of operation. The complete service records of engines and legs were carried out at a Volvo workshop in 2025/2026.
